What you need to know.

NEW Payment Plan Option
- Minimum down Payment of $50 by May 1st
- Monthly Payment of $25 each month until retreat
- You can choose the payment plan at any time, but it's best to start today!
Tiers of Registration
- VIP til May 1st - VIP includes reserved front section seating at all speaker sessions
- Early Bird ($200) til July 21st
- $210 til Sept 1st
- $225 after Sept 1st
Hotel/AirBnB/Offsite Packages
- Sign up for the retreat. When these options are confirmed, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your payment plan to include these options.
To allow us to stay at a larger, more modern camp, we had to shift the Retreat dates from Thursday - Saturday to Sunday - Tuesday.
As much as change can be difficult, we wanted to help you understand why this change is not that different. Below are some of the excuses and concerns that jumped out to us and some answers to them.
“I would need to take two days off”
Monday is Columbus Day. Lots of businesses will have off or most services are low because of other businesses closed.
With the shift to Sunday, you can dedicate more time and we gain the daytime on Sunday with the entire roster there! – not waiting til 7 PM to have everyone.
Most volunteers/leaders already take 2 days off.
“I am used to giving up the normal days”
You now still have a weekend with your family! Enjoy your Saturday together.
You don’t have to rush from work on Thursday up to camp before it is too dark.
You can leave on Sunday after church and be ready to receive!
The Retreat will kickoff with the guest speaker/Pastors speaking into their congregation on Sunday morning.
